Donovan Mitchell and the Cavs took down Stephen Curry and Warriors today with a final score of 118-110. Donovan Mitchell outshone Golden State and Draymond Green, registering 21 points, seven rebounds, five assists, and two steals on a night when Green was ejected. The Cavs secured a 118-110 victory over the Warriors on Saturday.

Green shoved Mitchell, sending him out of bounds as Caris LeVert attempted a layup. Subsequently, Mitchell confronted Green as he brought the ball across midcourt, sparking a heated exchange.

“I think that was a little bit of a dirty play, so Donovan retaliated,” said Cavs forward Evan Mobley.

Officials reviewed the incident, ultimately calling a personal foul on Mitchell.

“I didn’t know that was actually possible that you could get tech’ed up for a previous play,” remarked Warriors' Kevon Looney.

Stephen Curry led the Warriors with 30 points, but they lost Green in the third quarter. LeVert scored 22 points, Darius Garland contributed 19 points, six rebounds, four assists, and five steals, while Mobley added 19 points and two steals.

This victory marked Cleveland's first on the Warriors' home court since March 14, 2014, and their first series sweep since 2008-09.

Curry extended his streak of ten games with four or more 3-pointers, a historic feat according to ESPN Stats & Info. Additionally, he became the 35th player in NBA history to reach 22,000 career points.

A clear turning point in the game was after Green's ejection, as the Cavs capitalized on the opportunity, securing a lead they maintained until the end. The Warriors did make an effort, even briefly taking the lead, but ultimately gave it up within a few plays.

The Cavs scored 32 points of the Warriors 20 turnovers and was a clear reason that they won tr=his game.

The Warriors will host the Timberwolves on Sunday as they look to capitalize on a home back-to-back.
