The 49ers beat the Dallas Cowboys tonight 42-10 in a very impressive game from both sides of the ball. The offense produced 421 yards on a stellar game by Quarterback Brock Purdy. Purdy threw 24 passes, completing 17 of them for a total of 252 yards and 4 Tds. Purdy has continued to prove his critics wrong by producing every game and being able to lead the team into the endzone with ease. Purdy has yet to throw an interception through 5 games, which was his main struggle coming into the season. He has been running away with the QBR title, as he is now 8 points ahead of Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa. Purdy has shown the ability to make smart throws and to be able to withstand pressure in the pocket. I can confidently say that Purdy could be the franchise quarterback. He had a great connection today with his number one redzone target last year; George Kittle. The tight end caught three passes today, with all 3 of them ending up as touchdowns. His best play of the night was a reverse flea flicker from Deebo Samuel that led to a 38 yard touchdown by Kittle. Wide Receivers Brandon Aiyuk and Deebo Samuel each caught several passes, as they both combined for 113 yards in the game. I will give credit where it is due, as the Cowboys defense did a pretty good job stopping the 49ers run game. Christian McCaffrery ran 19 times for only 51 yards and a touchdown, but Running Back Jordan Mason had a great game with 10 carries for 69 yards and a touchdown. Although the running game didn't produce much, Purdy stepped up and made great throws.

The defense was SUPREME tonight and has once again proved why they are the best defense in the league. They gave the Cowboys a mere 197 yards and allowed them one touchdown and one field goal. Star Linebacker Fred Warner forced a fumble from Cowboys running back Tony Pollard in the first quarter which started an onslaught of turnovers. The 49ers defense forced Cowboys QB Dak Prescott into throwing 3 second half interceptions. Prescott hadn't thrown an interception yet, so this just really shows how uncomfortable the defense made him tonight. With the addition of Defensive Edge Randy Gregory from the Denver Broncos, this already stacked defense is going to be even better. This team has potential to win the Superbowl and I cant see any team stopping them.

Overall this game showed greatness from both sides of the ball, and from our head coach. Kyle Shanahan made some big calls in this game when we needed them. He made great calls for touchdowns and just completely shut his former boss Dan Quin down tonight. This is by far the most a team has scored on Dallas this season. He shut down Cowboys star Linebacker Micah Parsons, with elite blocking which carried the game away. For a championship team it is important to have a confident play caller, and I know we have that. The 49ers will play in Cleveland next Sunday at 10;00. They will be early favorites as the Browns have struggled to beat .500 teams, and struggle to put points on the board. The 49ers will remain the second undefeated team in the league, as they parallel with the Philadelphia Eagles. The 49ers continue to prove their dominance and that they are going to trample any team in their way.
